About Geek Central

Geek Central is an internet comic strip which gets updates every Monday and Thursday, and features the most docile and hilarious of creatures; the common household geek.

The cast includes 4 prominent geeks based on myself and my closest friends and our ridiculous day to day misadventures in a world seen through our skewed perspectives.

The stories are straight-forward and should need no further introduction past the character descriptions found below, and the art improves with each strip I do (or at least i hope it does). But if you have any questions about this site, it's characters, plots, or any of my other projects mentioned by me on the home page.

Darryn (That's me), debatably the main character, and to be honest, probably the one with the least idea of what's going on around him.

Amanda, token female and my significant other. Much to her lament she often plays the straight man to our hilarious hi jinx, not to suggest the has no quirks of her own.

Mike, unquestionably the biggest geek in the group, and is often unnecessarily at the receiving end of whatever terrible event gets cooked up.

Wayne, less of a geek and more of a traditional outsider, who, despite failing to get many geek references, is most comfortable when around them.

Tanooki, cute, fuzzy, dangerous. Tanooki is a cigar smoking emotionless bastard, always looking to make a quick buck regardless of who or what he may endanger or destroy. Lives with Amanda and I.
